SCIARRA & ASOC has more than 50 years of history.
It began with Dr. Armando Sciarra Quadri who, together with his sons, founded SCIARRA & SCIARRA ABOGADOS.
From the beginning it was a traditional law firm providing advice and defence in litigation in all areas of law, but especially in the areas of transport law (maritime, air and land), logistics, customs, labour, as well as intellectual property.
As time went by, the firm was transformed; and in 2011 Dr. Alejandro Sciarra Caubarrere decided to return to its origins as a family and specialised law firm, founding SCIARRA & ASOC together with his sons.
On 19 December 2011, SCIARRA & ASOC opened its doors on Avenida Libertador Street, formed by Alejandro Sciarra Caubarrere and his children Alejandro and Florencia Sciarra Marguery.
As of today, Alejandro Sciarra Marguery decided to follow another path, dedicating himself to political activity, continuing as partners Dr. Alejandro Sciarra Caubarrere and Florencia Sciarra Marguery.
The firm is located in Rincón Street (Ciudad Vieja), we are dedicated to transport, logistics, customs, labour and intellectual property law. We also have our Notary Department composed by Rodrigo Medina and Virginia Coubrough.
Our policy remains the same as in our origins: to provide our clients with personal and specialised legal advice, given by the best professionals in the aforementioned areas.
Not only do we defend our clients in litigation or out-of-court disputes, but we are convinced of how important it is that the client believes in constant advice in all areas of their business as a way of avoiding future problems.
Years of experience in transport, logistics, customs, labour and intellectual property law have enabled us to provide our clients with a specialised service provided in a personal and direct manner by the best professionals in the sector.
Reality is constantly changing, that is why we believe that the best advice implies not only knowing the law, but also knowing the business as a whole in its application and in its constant transformation.
To provide clients with a personalised service, provided directly and continuously by the best professionals in the aforementioned areas.
