The President of the National Ports Administration is carrying out a plan to exonerate Paraguayan shipowners from the port cost of anchoring their barges

The plan includes the designation of a special dock for Paraguayan barges. With this initiative, the authorities seek to strengthen commercial relations with Paraguay, as well as to promote the entry of Paraguayan shipowners and continue to position itself as a hub port in the region.
